Our September Mystery Box is here, and this month it’s all about birthdays, colourful treats and plenty of sweet surprises!

Each box contains 6 large, indulgent bakes, all with a fun birthday-inspired twist. From chunky cookies and fudgy bakes to chocolatey treats and something a little fruity, there’s a delicious surprise waiting to be discovered in every box. 🎂✨

But remember… what you actually get is a mystery! 👀

📦 Collection & Delivery

Postal orders 📮
All postal boxes will be carefully packed and shipped on Wednesday 9th or Thursday 10th September via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Please keep this dispatch window in mind when ordering, as your box will not be posted before these dates.

Local collection 🎀
If you choose collection at checkout, your mystery box will be ready to collect from the Cake Shed on Wednesday 9th September.

Your box will have your name clearly written on it, and you will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

Please don't arrive to collect until you have received your ready-for-collection notification. 💕

⚠️ Allergen Information

Please note that our Mystery Boxes may not be suitable for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

All bakes are made in a home kitchen which does not cater specifically for allergens. Allergen information and cross-contamination procedures are taken seriously, however, due to the environment in which the bakes are made, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens.

Every individual bake is supplied with its own full allergen label, so please make sure you check the label carefully before consuming.

📦 Postal & Delivery Information

Our boxes are carefully packaged to help protect your bakes during transit. However, once your parcel has left us, it is handled by the postal service and unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in exactly the same condition as when it was packed.

As our bakes are handmade and can be delicate, minor movement, settling or cosmetic damage may occasionally occur during transit. This does not affect the quality or safety of the product.

We are unable to accept responsibility for damage caused by mishandling during delivery. However, if your order arrives significantly damaged, incorrect or unsafe to consume, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, ideally with photographs of the packaging and affected items, so we can assess the issue and advise you on the next steps.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the postal service or for parcels that are delayed due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.
